All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Timely Tick ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories and New Zealand.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
SHIPPING TO REMOTE AREA
The shipping cost does NOT include extra costs defined as remote area shipping fees from the chosen shipping company. When your shipping address is defined as a remote area according to the shipping company, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping cost before we ship out your order.
If you are not sure about whether or not your address belongs to remote area, you are recommended to check at the website of the shipping company (either DHL / Fedex) before placing your order. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us at info@timely-tick.com, and we will check for you. Alternatively, you can provide another shipping address which you have access to and it is not considered to be a remote area.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment. Timely Tick would reserve the rights for charging any additional cost or expenses incurred from such arrangement.
If you are unable to collect your products within 90 days of stock availability / payment date (whichever earlier); or you have not provided us sufficient or precise instructions for delivery, under the circumstances of not affecting any rights or indemnity and at our discretion, said order is considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products. Timely Tick would reserve the rights of claiming any pending payments or corresponding expenses incurred due to such cancellation.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@timely-tick.com via email.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES
Timely Tick is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Item Never Received
Customers can contact us by email if he/she never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
